Cartridge Tool - Nail Gun
This course is designed for delegates who are required to operate the nail gun in the workplace and covers the theory and safe use of the equipment in line with manufacturer’s recommendations.

Course Aim
The Nail Guns course is to provide personnel who use Nail Guns and Staple Guns in the workplace with the safe operating skills and knowledge. It will also allow operators to safely inspect, clean and demonstrate the safe use of nail guns
Course Contents
Legal responsibilities and requirements, Hazards and identification of causes, Misfire Procedure, Safe work area, Correct tool and accessories to use including (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment,
Certification
Delegates are required to demonstrate their competence by passing three separate tests. The tests consist of a pre use check, associated knowledge test and a practical test of operating skills. Successful delegates will be awarded their Certificate of Training which is valid for a period of 3 years
