Payments

Payments for all training or services has been agreed and is at the bottom of this form for you to accept, If payment is not received by the date agreed on booking then a new invoice will be issued every 5 working days with a late payment charge of 10% on the last invoice issued.

So for example if your invoice is for £100 then a 10% late payment charge would make the invoice £110 after 5 working days. After 10 working days another invoice would be issued for £110 plus again 10% making the new invoice £121 and so on. After 20 working days the debt is passed on to our debt collections team at
www.debtcollect.co.uk who will arrange to come and collect the payment on our behalf. If you have any issues with payment please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations or Rescheduled Bookings

Cancellation of any course for any reason within 10 working days of the agreed start date will incur a cancellation charge of at least 50% of the original full course charge.  Cancellations within 5 Working days will incur a charge the full amount which is stated above in this booking form.

Deposits

Small Training Solutions will require a deposit for any training courses booked from private Individuals. Deposits are non-refundable.  Deposits would have been discussed on booking and if we agreed on a deposit then the amount should be deposited within 24hours of this booking form being emailed to you to avoid losing your training datesTerms and Conditions
