Course Contents

Gaining a basic understanding of the industry and the relevant legislation, the dangers of working in the industry and their responsibilities as a Vehicle / Plant Machinery Marshal Learning a working knowledge of the manufacturer’s handbook for the particular vehicle / machine to be guided

Certification

Delegates are required to demonstrate their competence by passing three separate tests. The tests consist of a pre use check, associated knowledge test and a practical test of operating skills. Successful delegates will be awarded their Certificate of Basic Training which is valid for a period of 3 years.

Associated Knowledge Test (5 open and 20 multiple choice questions), Pre Use Test and Practical Test of Basic Operating Skills

A Certificate of Training and ID card will be awarded to successful delegates, the course is accredited by NPORS.
